We also have some 500 shops and cafés in hospitals which are visited by hundreds of thousands of people. By improving these sites we can demonstrate our brand story with new graphics and information which can raise awareness of WRVS services, increase fundraising and recruit more volunteers. We'll be piloting some of our outlets in May and June and plan to improve all our shops and cafés over the next 18 months. Signage will be clear and consistent on shops, cafés and trolley services while inside our outlets, we will promote what we do through posters and leaflets, messages on sandwich packs and on shelving displays and on promotions on products. ![]() ![]() ![]() We'll also supply volunteers and staff with prompt cards explaining our brand story and the vital role they play in bringing it to life with our customers.
